Luke Snellin, 23 year-old Bournemouth graduate from the Screenwriting course, was recently nominated 'Best Newcomer' at the Rushes Soho Shorts Film Festival 2009 for his film PATRICK.
Luke made his break into the industry as a script editor on BBC’s ‘Hustle’. Shortly after he ventured into film working on one of the first feature films to be shot on the revolutionary Red Camera, ‘Asylum Seekers’. Luke soon began directing himself, starting off with self funded short films and documentaries and then on to commercial productions.

Patrick Wright is a little boy being bullied at school. His father is absent and his heart-broken mother struggles through every day life contending with her longing.
