
Entry forms for the 2011 GAME British Academy Video Games Awards are now available with the deadline for entries on Monday 15 November 2010.
To enter a game you must complete the Entry Form below, giving your full contact details and listing the games you wish to enter, along with their release date.

All entries must be accompanied by one in-game screenshot per category entered, in JPEG or TIFF format, at the platform's native resolution. At this stage you do not have to send any copies of the game you are entering.
When completing the Entry Form, you must list up to three people who have made the greatest creative contribution to the making of the game. There should be careful consideration made when putting these names forward as changes cannot be made once the nominations are announced.
For games released up to and including Sunday 7 December 2010These games are released in time for the first stage of voting.
Early Bird Entry Deadline: Friday 15 November 2010 (Games entered by this date will not be charged the Entry Fee of £250.00 + VAT. Not applicable to Late Releases.)

Publisher: £225 + VAT
Entry Fee: £250 + VAT per game entered
For games released between Sunday 5 December 2010 and Friday 31 December 2010These games are not released in time for the first stage of voting, and will go straight to jury.
Late Release Entry Deadline: Wednesday 1 December 2010
Categories: Late Release games are restricted to four categories per game.
