SeeSaw, which has been developed by Arqiva out of the previous Kangaroo initiative (blocked from release by the Competition Commission in 2008) which they acquired in 2009, has been launched today 17th February 2010 see

SeeSaw launched with around 3,000 hours of television programming online from Channel Four, 5 (in seven day catch-up deals) and other archive content from BBC Worldwide and independent producers. The system has been in beta test since January and Arqiva expects a further 2,000 hours of content to be added before the end of June. See article from
