Grierson British Documentary Award Winners 2010 announced

During a well-attended ceremony held in NFT1 at BFI Southbank last night (2nd November) Sandi Toksvig presented the results of the judging for this years Grierson Awards which are offered in 8 categories – Best Historical Documentary, Best Documentary on the Arts, Best Documentary on a Contemporary Issue, Best Drama Documentary, Most Entertaining Documentary, Best Newcomer, Best Cinema Documentary and Best Documentary Series. There is also a Trustees Award which this year went to Penny Woolcock. For a full list of the award winning films click here.
