For the past four years Propeller TV has been showcasing films by up-and-coming filmmakers on Sky, but with the major shift in audience viewing habits to online media, Propeller is now rolling out a complete video on demand service. The Propeller VOD site is mostly free to use, but there is some invaluable funding information which is frequently updated and for which there is a nominal charge. Propeller is also on the look-out for the best short films to showcase on the site, so please do send your DVDs to be considered.
