
The Wildscreen Festival, the biennial wildlife film festival in Bristol, returns this year, and the organisers are searching for the world's best wildlife and environmental films. Entries for the Festival's prestigious Panda Awards, dubbed the green OSCARS, will be welcomed from
Monday 25 January until the closing date of

In 2008, the Wildscreen Festival attracted 440 films from 43 countries; 62 productions were selected for viewing by the Final Jury and 22 prizes were awarded in fields as diverse as animal behaviour to campaigning, editing to newcomer. The 2010 awards will be presented at a gala Award Ceremony held in Bristol during the Festival week (10th - 15th October) where over 650 leading industry figures will be gathered together to celebrate and applaud the winning films.
