The JICC, Japan Information and Cultural Centre, has previously arranged some outstanding free film show seasons for rarely seen Japanese films at the Embassy of Japan in Piccadilly central London. The JICC has just announced that these shows will be re-starting on
5th May at 18.30 with a screening of
HACHIKO ????? by Koyama Seijiro (1987) - a film which inspired the making of the later Hollywood production HACHI: A DOG'S STORY (2009) starring Richard Gere. If you would like to register your name on the circulation list to know more about this film (and to qualify for the limited number of tickets) and other upcoming screenings, go to
Films at the Embassy of Japan.
