This is open to ALL BU and AUCB students and staff.
Ahmad Habash, a graduate from the NCCA's MA3D course in 2008, will be screening his award winning film "Fatenah" as part of his visit to the UK. This session will be followed by a Q&A in which the director will answer questions about the film and his work as an animator and director.
Synopsis
"Fatenah" tells the story of a warm-hearted Palestinian woman who lives in Gaza Strip with her father and sister. Her simple wishes are her consolation in the abnormal living situation inside the strip. But when she discovers a lump near her breast, she starts a journey of torment, loss and pain to try to save her dreams from being shattered by the injustice and cruelty that surround her world.
